I incorporated Select NDE Services LLC, with the dream to become self-employed full time in order to give clients one-on-one attention, while still making time for my family. Which is not an option when working for someone else.
From the moment I discovered NDT I have advanced my knowledge and skill sets, not only in the methods I am certified but also in areas I am not. I believe you can never have enough education and training. I firmly believe in quality and compliance. The better you understand what you are doing the more efficient you will be. I want to educate individuals, as well as employers how to get up to/stay in compliance and train their technicians with the goal of; trying to establish and pass on good work ethics/habits, and being able to understand, navigate and use codes correctly.
